Dotdigital (AIM: DOTD), the provider of a leading AI-powered marketing platform for customer acquisition, engagement, retention and advocacy, announces it has granted a total of 3,473,996 options over ordinary shares of 0.5 pence in the Company (the "Options") to Directors of the business and to PDMRs, whom are listed below, pursuant to the Dotdigital Performance Share Plan 2017, as set out below.
