Answer meeting requests

Meeting requests: investors who asked to meet your management.

Requests come in from your calls. Investors ask to meet your management as the call ends and after the replay. Every request arrives in Investors › Meeting requests.

With each request:

  • Each request shows the investor's name and email, where they asked, and their note.
  • Everyone on your team gets an email with "Reply with a time", which uses your calendar link.
  • Keep notes, and set each request's status.
  • Requests waiting for an answer show on Report's Overview.
  • Your 6ix account manager is told about every request too.

Reply with a time. Press it in the email, then again on the page it opens. Your email app starts a reply to the investor with your calendar link, and 6ix marks the request as contacted. With no calendar link saved, the reply asks which times suit them this week.

Your calendar link is set once in Settings › General. Company page

Once you agree a time: Book one-to-one meetings with investors in Events › Meetings.

Two ways to run your investor program

6ix for public companies: your own team does the work

Your team reads each request, keeps notes, sets its status and replies with your calendar link.

Tools your team runs

Managed by 6ix: 6ix does the work and checks each step with you

Your 6ix account manager sees every request too, and makes sure each investor hears back.

Example: an investor asks to meet your management as your earnings call ends. Your 6ix account manager checks with you whether to meet. Once you say yes, they arrange a time with the investor and record how it went.

Final say: your team.

Questions about meeting requests

When does a request become a meeting? Once you and the investor agree a time. Until then it stays a request, with your notes and its status.

Who sees requests? Your team, and 6ix staff, including your 6ix account manager. The investor who asked sees only their own request. Other investors never see it.

How does our team hear about a new request? Each person on your team gets an email for each new request, and can turn their own copy off.
