Who approves what goes out? A person approves what 6ix prepares for your team to send, before it goes out in your company's name: someone on your team or your 6ix account manager.

By default, your 6ix account manager approves each email 6ix prepares, after checking with your team, and presses Send. Your owners and admins can approve and send it too. Your owners and admins can choose that everything 6ix prepares waits for your own team's yes (Settings › Team).

Under Managed by 6ix, 6ix prepares the work, and your 6ix account manager checks each step with your team before it goes out.

You connect Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot and YouTube by signing in on each tool's own site, so 6ix never sees those passwords.
Board papers open only to the people you add to Board; with 6ix AI allowed, the papers a question covers go to 6ix's AI provider. A member with access can download a meeting as a ZIP, which includes the paper PDFs.
6ix's Privacy policy names the services that process personal data, and where.
