Welcome and call emails

Automations: the welcome email, and for each Public call the announcement, the call reminder (48 hours before), the live-now email and the replay email. Each waits until your 6ix account manager, or an owner or an admin, approves it, and starts once your investor list moves to 6ix.

Welcome every new follower

Write your welcome once in Email › Automations; 6ix prepares it for each new follower, on 6ix or through your sign-up form.

Remind everyone who registered

6ix's own notices go out by themselves, with no one's yes:

the emails around each call to the people who registered: confirmation, reminders before it starts, live now, changes or cancellation, replay access, and a reply when they ask to meet.

Followers who haven't registered get the call emails in Automations. What 6ix sends by itself

Move your investor email to 6ix

Set up your sender in Email › Sender & forms.
Stop your old tool's scheduled emails and automations.
Put the 6ix sign-up form where the old form was.
Bring your list into Investors and your past emails into Email.
Move your list to 6ix in Investors › Imports, confirming that your old tool has stopped sending, your form is replaced, and your unsubscribed, bounced and cleaned addresses are imported.

From then on your investor list is on 6ix, and the welcome email and the emails about your calls to your followers go out from 6ix, each once your 6ix account manager, or an owner or an admin, approves it.

Past emails come in from Mailchimp only.
Bringing people in sends nothing at the time. People you bring in with their permission follow your company, so they get 6ix's release alerts like your other followers.
You can undo a file import until the first email of any kind reaches those people, and not after your list moves to 6ix.
