People who follow you, sign up, register for or join a call, ask to meet or come in from an import are in All investors, each once.
Signed-in investors who open your company page or one of your calls show up too, marked Viewed.
Open a name to see how they reached you, whether you can email them, their calls and their meeting requests.
Filter by source, list or status, or search by name or email.

Sort investors into lists

Press New list, then add people one by one, or tick several and choose Add to list.
Or make an Auto list from a rule, such as everyone who registered for a call. It stays current.
Send an email to one list, such as an invite to your next call.

Bring in your investor list

Upload a file, or bring in your Mailchimp list or the Constant Contact lists you tick.
Anyone who unsubscribed stays unsubscribed.
Bringing people in sends nothing at the time. People you bring in with their permission follow your company, so they get 6ix's release alerts like your other followers.
You can undo a file import until the first email of any kind reaches those people, and not after your list moves to 6ix.

Check who comes in from a file before it's saved. To email the people you bring in, you confirm that each one gave your company permission.

Who can see our investors?

Your team, and 6ix staff, including your 6ix account manager.
The named readers of each release show to your owners and admins.
A Billing only contact has no access.
Directors in Board see Board only.
6ix staff can join a board meeting's room to support it, but can't read your papers or vote unless you add them to Board.
Each company's investors are kept apart from every other company's, including when an adviser works for several companies.
