In continuation of our intimation dated 27th July, 2025 with respect to conducting Postal Ballot process for seeking approval of the shareholders for voluntary delisting proposal of the Acquirers.The board has fixed Friday, the Ist August, 2025 as the cut off date for the postal ballot process.
