AO WORLD PLC ("AO World", or the "Company") announces that between 28 October 2026 and 03 November 2026 it has purchased the following number of its Ordinary shares of 0.25p each through Peel Hunt LLP.

The figure of 562,312,648 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculating whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
