The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.
Following the purchase of these shares, the company holds 5,244,722 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 81,650,708 Ordinary shares in issue. The figure of 76,405,986 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculating whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
