The Company announces that, pursuant to the authority granted by shareholders at the annual general meeting held on 28 January 2026 to make market purchases of up to 14.99% of the Company’s issued ordinary share capital, it purchased 90,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the capital of the Company today at a price of 185.6111p per share. The purchased shares will be held in Treasury.

Following this purchase, the Company’s issued ordinary share capital remains 270,185,650 ordinary shares of 2.5p each, of which 52,980,953 ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Treasury shares do not carry voting rights.
