As at 30th September 2026, the total issued share capital of the Company comprised 132,877,868 ordinary shares of 147

 pence each. This figure includes 6,838,824 shares held in treasury. 

The total number of the Company's ordinary shares with one voting right per share is 126,039,044. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
