We wish to inform you that Mrs. Kalidindi Anagha Devi has tendered her resignation from the position of Company Secretary of the company with effect from closing hours of April 17, 2026, to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the organization. The Board of Directors accepted the same. Further, the Board designated Mr. Vijay Kumar Deekonda, Whole Time Director (DIN: 06991267) of the company as compliance officer of the company and he will be responsible for all compliance related matters and Investor Relations till the time the Board appoints a Company Secretary of the Company under section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013
