SYN PROP E TECH S.A. ("SYN" or "Company"), a company registered as an issuer in category "A" of the Brazilian Securities Commission ("CVM"), listed on B3's Novo Mercado under the code SYNE3, in compliance with the provisions of article 37, Paragraph 2 of CVM Resolution No. 81, of March 29th, 2022, informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Company's next Annual General Meeting will be held on April 29th, 2026.
