Re-appointed Mr. Omprakash Dwarkadas Gurbaxani, who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment3. Considered & Approved the re-appointment of M/s Amruta Giradkar & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a term of Five consecutive years with effect from FY 2025-26
