(TSXV: STW) ("Stockworks" or the "Company") announces that further to its release of August 15, 2025, the Company has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") to amend the terms of 722,778 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") previously issued by the Company pursuant to private placement financings.
