The trading window in respect of dealings in the Equity Shares of the Company, will remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Persons & their immediate relatives including all the insiders and the "connected persons" with the Company, with effect from 01st October, 2025 until 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results by the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025.
