Sims to acquire TCT assets and sell Mayo Shell property

Sims Limited (“Sims” or “the Company”) today announced that it has entered into an agreement to purchase assets of TCT Trading, LLC d/b/a Tri Coastal Trading (“TCT”) for US$66.5 million (“the Transaction”) as a key component to consolidating its Houston operations and significantly reducing its operating cost base. The Company has also entered into an agreement to sell its nearby Mayo Shell proper
