Regional Director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Western Region, Mumbai has approved the Scheme of Merger or Amalgamation between Zenith Commotrade Pvt Ltd (Transferor and Promoter Group of the Company) and Femina Infrastructures Pvt Ltd (Transferee and Promoter Group of The Company) vide its Order dated 23.06.2025.
