This is to clarify that the record date of 4th July, 2025 as decided in the earlier board meeting of the company held on 06.06.2025, has been solely fixed for declaration of dividend and not for issue of bonus shares. Therefore, we withdraw the record date for issue of bonus shares and the same will be announced separately on receipt of necessary approvals from the appropriate authorities.
