Unaudited Financial Results of the Company along with Limited Review Report for the half year ended September 30, 2024.2. Acquisition of 80% Share Capital of Dhruvanshi Agrotech Private Limited (Target Company). Post-acquisition, the Target Company will become subsidiary of the Company.
