This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015, as amended and as per the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for Designated person and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, 25th June, 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended and year ended March 31, 2025. The Board meeting to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended and year ended March 31, 2025 will be helfd on 27th June, 2025. Please note that there was a clerical error in disclosing the date for the Closure of Trading Window in earlier intimation for Board Meeting. The correct date is from 25th June 2025.
