Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received an email dated December 13, 2024, from BSE Ltd regarding the fine payable for the delayed submission of Related Party Transactions for the half year ended September 30, 2024, under Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.In this regard, we hereby inform you that the Company has promptly paid an amount of Rs. 5,900/- (inclusive of GST) towards fine imposed, to BSE Ltd vide UTR No. CMS3522471544750.The Board of Directors has reviewed the matter and noted that the delay was due to absence of a compliance professional.
