Pursuant to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations, 2015), this is to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today has approved to hold the 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company on Friday, 05th September, 2025. Further, this is to inform that the Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 30th August, 2025 to Friday, 05th September, 2025 (both days inclusive). The Board Meeting commenced at 05:30 P.M. (IST) and concluded at 07:30 P.M. (IST).
