TORONTO, Nov. 13 /CNW/ - Robert Schad has acquired beneficial ownership of 1,000,000 class J shares of Cymbria Corporation, representing approximately 10.9% of the presently issued and outstanding class J shares. The shares are registered to 1297607 Alberta ULC and are beneficially owned by Robert Schad.
The securities were acquired through a private placement on November 4, 2008 for $10.00 per class J share. These shares are held for investment purposes and may be disposed of from time to time or additional shares may be acquired as investment conditions warrant.
