8 June 2020 Tern Plc (the "Company", or the "Group") Result of Annual General Meeting Tern Plc (AIM: TERN), the investment company specialising in the Internet of Things ("IoT"), announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today all resolutions were passed.
