Avyan Pashupathy Capital Advisors Private Limited having transferred its entire 30.94% stake by way of inter-se transfer, has sought re-classification from "Promoter/ Promoter group" to "Public" category under Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, subject to the Board''s consideration.
