We further wish to inform you that the Company has received the RBI approval letter (ref number KOL.DOR.NO.S 915/01-01-005/2026-27) dated 05 August 2026 granting approval for the appointment of Mr. Angalappan Anandakumar as a Director of the Company for a period of five years till 31st July 2031. Further, the RBI has not accorded its approval for the proposed appointments of Mr. Suryanarayanan Mee
