Raunaq International Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.We refer to our letter dated October 27, 2025 intimating your good office about the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company ("the Board") scheduled to be held on Friday, November 14, 2025We now wish to inform you that the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, November 14, 2025 has been re-scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025 due to the pre-occupation of Directors.This is to inform that in terms of the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the shares of the Company for Promoters/Promoter Group/Directors/Key Managerial Personnel/Designated Persons/Connected Persons of the Company which was earlier scheduled to remain closed till Sunday, November 16, 2025, has now been shortened till Saturday, November 15, 2025.
