Purshottam Investofin Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/05/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2026 and to consider any other item by permission of the board.Trading window closure: -The company has closed the trading window from the quarter ended March 31, 2026 in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) regulation 2015. Accordingly, the trading window is closed from April 1, 2026 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the stock exchange.
