The Company has entered into a Share Swap agreement to acquire 51% of the stake in Solitude Flame Private Limited by way of Preferential Issue on Share Swap basis. Additionally, the company has also entered into a Share Subscription Agreement with Dunkelbraun Private Limited where company will acquire upto 7.96% stake in the investee Company. Details enclosed.
