The Board of Directors of NSB BPO Solutions Limited at its meeting held on 17th August 2026, approved the appointment of Dr. Abhiraj Singh Rana as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Independent Director, with effect from 17th August 2026, subject to members approval.
