NOVA IRON & STEEL LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/11/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Result of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024 as the meeting which was scheduled to be held today on Thursday, 14th November, 2024 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Result of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2024 has been adjourned due to hospitalization of Mr. Dinesh Kumar Yadav, Whole Time Director of the company.
