we wish to inform you that the Board, at its meeting held today i.e. 08th April, 2026, has inter alia considered and approved the request letter received on 31 March 2026 from the Promoters, namely Mr. Aniket Singal, Ms. Priyanka Ankit Miglani, and Ms. Radhika Saurabh Dhoot, seeking re-classification from the 'promoter' category to 'public' category shareholder in accordance with Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations.
