The Company has circulated its Report and Accounts for year end 31 December 2011 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Form of Proxy to its shareholders today, 2 April 2012.  In accordance with DTR 6.3.5, the Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM can also be downloaded from the Company's website at www.savills.com

In compliance with LR 9.6.1, copies of the documents listed below have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do

·          Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 9 May 2012; and

·          Form of Proxy.
