This is to inform you that the Board of Directors, based on the recommendations of the Nomination Remuneration Committee("NRC"), at their meeting held on Friday, July 25, 2025, have approved the Nisus Employee Stock Option Plan 2025("ESOP SCHEME") for grant of stock options to eligible Directors and Employees of the company and its Group Companies including Holding, Subsidiaries and Associate Company(ies) (Present and Future, if any) subject to the approval of shareholders of company as per SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity)Regulations, 2021.
