Mclaren Resources Inc. Appoints New Chief Financial Officer
Toronto, Ontario CANADA, March 20, 2009 /FSC/ - McLaren Resources Inc. (MCL - CNQ, 3ML - FWB), (MCL-CNSX) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Alex Falconer, CA as Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective 18 March 2009. He replaces Mr Dan Hamilton, who resigned on 16 March 2009. The Board of Directors thanks Dan for his contributions to the company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
Mr Falconer has worked for Smith, Nixon & Co., Ernst & Young, and Hyde Houghton. He obtained his CA designation in 1990, prior to starting his own business providing consulting services for public and private corporations. He is currently CFO of Blue Vista Technologies Inc, an environmental technology company (NEX:BV.H). He also provides CFO services to VG Gold Corp (TSE:VG) and Mustang Minerals Corp (TSXV:MUM), junior Canadian exploration companies.
