This is to inform that pursuant to SEBI (PTI Regulation) 2015, as amended the window for dealing securities of the company will be closed to all directors/connected/ designated person from 1st October, 2026 till the 48 hours after the declaration of the UFR for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026.
