With reference to the captioned Rights Issue, we hereby inform you that, pursuant to resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the Company in the Board Meeting held on Thursday, 30th October, 2025 the date of closure of the captioned Rights Issue, which had opened on Monday, 27th October, 2025 and scheduled to close on Friday, 07th November, 2025 has now been extended by the Company from Friday, 07th November, 2025 to Friday, 14th November, 2025. Additionally, the trading period for the Rights Entitlement ('RE'), which was earlier scheduled to close on Friday, 31st October, 2025 have been extended to Monday, 10th November, 2025, in order to provide an opportunity to shareholders to exercise their rights in the Rights Issue.The meeting commenced at 16:00 P.M. (IST) and concluded at 16:40 P.M. (IST)You are requested to kindly take note of above and bring the same to the notice of investors and members.
