This has reference to intimations dated December 12, 2025 and April 01, 2026 regarding the proposed acquisition of 100% stake in New Nexus FZ LLC, a Dubai-based entity by the Company which was to be concluded by June 30, 2026. In the regard, please take note that due to delay in receipt of regulatory approvals, the proposed Acquisition is now likely to be completed on or before September 30, 2026.
