Almondz Financial Services Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") has submitted to BSE a copy of Corrigendum to the Public Announcement dated May 30, 2025 in accordance with the provisions of Regulations 3(1) and 4 read with Regulations 13(1), 14 and 15(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and subsequent amendments thereto for the attention of the Public Shareholders of Lake Shore Realty Ltd ("Target Company").
