Ms. Asha Hardikkumar Sukhadiya has been appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director w.e.f. August 29, 2026 for 5 consecutive years, subject to approval of members at the ensuing General Meeting. Also, M/s. Parveen Rastogi & Co. has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for F.Y. 2026-27 and Mr. Suresh Chand Khandelwal has been appointed as Internal Auditor for F.Y. 2026-27.
