To consider and approve the appointment of Mr. Inesh Marwah as Non- executive Additional Director of the Company on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee.2. To consider and approve the appointment of Mrs. Anu Marwah, Non- executive Director (DIN- 00645865) as Managing Director of the Company.3. To re-constitute the various Committees of Board of Directors of the Company.4. To discuss any other matter with the permission of the Board of Directors.
