The remote e-voting period for 42nd AGM will commence on Friday 18th September 2026 (9:00 a.m) and ends on Monday 21st September 2026 (5:00 p.m.) Durin this period the shareholders of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialised form, as on the cut-off date i.e. Tuesday 15th September 2026 may cast their vote electronically.
