Pursuant to provision of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Reg 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Reg, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Wednesday 16th September 2026 to Tuesday 22nd September 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
