The Board of Directors at its Board meeting held today dated 20-01-2025, based on the recommendations of Nomination and Remuneration committee held during the day, has considered and approved appointment of Mr Vishnu Kumar Tulsyan (DIN 00638832) as Additional Director, in the capacity of Independent Director for a term of 5 consecutive years with effect from 20-01-2025 subject to approval of members by special resolution through postal ballot. Disclosure as required under regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is given in Annexure A as enclosed herewith.
