Figures based on total voting rights of 1,103,701,498 as of 21st September 2026. Backdated disclosure due to reclarification of combined holdings by overall RBC group resulting in disclosure thresholds being breached earlier than previously thought. Current overall position is 4.9093% and no further thresholds have been crossed.
The indirect voting rights under (9) relate to shares held in client portfolios, managed by those firms, under discretionary investment management agreements.
This disclosure incorporates positions that were previously held by Brewin Dolphin Ltd, which were absorbed into RBC Europe Ltd in November 2024.
