Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received an Order on September 12, 2025 at 10:22 A.M., ( IST) wherein the Labour Commissioner has ordered the recovery of Rs.8,82,00,856/- from the Company with respect to the Award passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Panjim Goa dated 25/05/2021. The Company is not admitting the liability and hence, shall be challenging this Order before the Hon''ble High Court within the permitted time period in consultation with its legal counsel.
