The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July, 2026 in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated persons. The Trading Window shall be opened after passing 48 hours of conclusion of the Board Meeting.
