Approved the proposal to issue "Corporate Guarantee" on behalf of an entity with common Director and Promoters, for a loan to be availed by them.2. In reference to the above resolution, approved the resolutions under section 185 and 186 of the Companies Act, 2013, for further approval of the members.3.Approved the above mentioned related party transaction being "Material Related Party Transaction" for further approval of the members.
