With reference to our intimation dated September 07, 2024 we wish to inform to the Exchange that the said Transaction as mentioned in the above intimation for proposed acquisition of 51.22% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of Vaneera Industries Private Limited, making it a subsidiary company has been completed on February 11, 2025Subsequent to the acquisition, Vaneera Industries Private Limited also becomes Subsidiary of the Company, the information under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 with respect to Vaneera Industries Private Limited is enclosed herewith as Annexure-A
