The board of directors in its meeting considered and approved the incorporation of wholly owned subsidiaries in India and the United Kingdom. The proposed Indian entity, to be incorporated under the name 'Exhicon Global Development India Private Limited' (or such other name as may be approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs), will focus on developing world-class, sustainable exhibition and convention venues across India under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.The establishment of the UK subsidiary will enable EXHICON to leverage the United Kingdom's strong support systems in ESG compliance, green building standards, and sustainable financing frameworks, thereby strengthening the development of EXHICON's upcoming venues in India with global best practices and international expertise.
